LED Lighting Supply High Temperature Lights combine oversized heat sinks, under-driven LED arrays, and reinforced housings to handle the combination of ambient heat plus fixture-generated heat without compromising lumen output or lifespan.
Can High Temperature LEDs Work in Cold Storage Applications Too? High temperature LED fixtures rated for 392°F operation also function reliably at -85°F, making them suitable for both extreme heat and cold applications. This dual-capability eliminates the need for separate fixture specifications when facilities have both hot and cold zones.
Interestingly, many high-temperature fixtures also excel in extreme cold applications. Our models rated for 194°F and 392°F operation can also function at -85°F, making them suitable for both desert installations and cold storage facilities where standard LEDs would fail.
